Do you only work in Warsaw?

Our office is based in Warsaw, but we deliver projects remotely worldwide. Renovation and turnkey projects are carried out in Warsaw, Kraków, and surrounding areas in cooperation with local suppliers.

What does a premium interior design project include?

A premium interior design project includes several functional layout options, an aesthetic concept, realistic 3D visualizations, and complete technical documentation required for accurate execution and cost control.

How long does it take to develop a project?

Interior design is a complex process that requires the involvement of both parties. The average development time for a premium project is between 2 and 3 months, depending on the scale and complexity of the project.

What is design supervision?

Design supervision involves overseeing the implementation of the project during the construction phase. It includes work coordination, scheduled site visits, quality control, and ensuring compliance with the project documentation.

Do you have your own construction teams?

Yes. We have our own construction crews, including teams of painters, plumbers, and electricians. Each project is also assigned a dedicated site manager responsible for coordination, quality control, and timely project delivery.

On what basis are construction works carried out?

We carry out construction works exclusively under a construction contract. This means full legal and contractual responsibility for the execution of the work—not just recommendations, but formal obligations clearly defined in the agreement.

Do you work with subcontractors, such as carpenters?

For custom furniture, we work exclusively with trusted and verified carpenters with whom we have successfully completed numerous projects. This allows us to maintain high standards and consistency with the design concept.

Do you consider the client’s budget when selecting materials and solutions?

Yes. Both the design and execution are always based on an agreed budget. If more advanced technical solutions or materials are selected, all changes are discussed with and approved by the client before implementation.

Do you assist with purchasing materials and furniture?

Yes. We coordinate the ordering of materials and furniture and provide access to designer discounts. This helps optimize costs without compromising the quality of the project.

Do you provide a warranty for construction works?

Yes. We provide a warranty for all construction works performed by our teams. The scope and duration of the warranty are clearly defined in the contract and apply to work completed in accordance with the project documentation.

Who is responsible for quality and any necessary corrections?

Our studio, as the contractor, assumes full responsibility for the quality of execution. Any technical issues, corrections, or warranty claims are handled in accordance with the contract terms, without transferring responsibility to third parties.
