The lobby and reception of the BaySuites apart-hotel in Kołobrzeg is part of a comprehensive commercial interior design project that Jay Design Studio delivered for the BaySuites developer (baysuites.pl) in Kołobrzeg. We designed the welcome zone with reception desk, a restaurant mezzanine and lighting that emphasises the premium character of the property, making sure the guest’s first impression matched the brand positioning.

The scope of work included the functional concept of the entrance zone, selection of finishing materials, lighting and custom furniture, as well as the design of the public guest WC area.

Jay Design Studio specialises in designing commercial interiors – apart-hotels, lobbies, reception areas and service premises – combining aesthetics with the operational functionality of the property. For developers and investors we also offer a full branding package: logo design, website, sales presentation and a consistent visual identity tailored to the character of the investment.
