This project is a smart home in a dream apartment, delivered turnkey in Konstancin-Jeziorna – one of the most prestigious and green areas near Warsaw, valued for its tranquility, intimacy and proximity to nature.

As part of the realization in Konstancin-Jeziorna, we combined modern interior architecture with functional smart home solutions – lighting, heating and security systems – so that everyday life is comfortable, quiet and fully automated.

Every stage of the work – from the concept design, through the selection of finishing materials, to author’s supervision on site in Konstancin-Jeziorna – was carried out by the Jay Design Studio team turnkey, with attention to detail and the highest quality of execution.
