The typical studio apartment (kawalerka) is a compact, fully functional living layout designed by Jay Design Studio for the BaySuites apart-hotel in Kołobrzeg (baysuites.pl). The interior combines a lounge area, kitchenette and entryway in a cohesive, modern style with warm wood tones and elegant lighting, tailored to the needs of both short- and long-term guests.

The scope of work included functional design for a small floor area, selection of finishing materials, lighting and made-to-measure furniture, ensuring maximum use of space without compromising comfort.

Jay Design Studio specializes in designing compact, repeatable residential layouts for apart-hotel developments. For developers, we also offer a full branding package: logo design, website, sales presentations and a consistent visual identity for the investment.
