The typical ground-floor apartment in modern style is one of the model residential layouts designed by Jay Design Studio for the BaySuites apart-hotel in Kołobrzeg (baysuites.pl). As part of the project we developed the concept for the hallway, bedroom and a bathroom finished in a dark, stone-like style – consistent with the rest of the property, yet tailored to the needs of guests staying for extended periods.

The scope of work included the functional design, selection of finishing materials, lighting and furniture, taking into account durability and comfort of use typical for premium-class commercial properties.

Jay Design Studio designs typical residential layouts for apart-hotel and developer investments, combining repeatability of solutions with a high finishing standard. For developers we also offer a full branding package: logo design, website, sales presentation and consistent visual identity.
