The typical loft apartment is one of the model residential layouts at the BaySuites apart-hotel in Kołobrzeg, designed by Jay Design Studio for the BaySuites developer (baysuites.pl). The interior combines industrial accents with a warm, natural color palette – an entryway with a walk-in wardrobe, a bedroom with a decorative wood accent, and a bathroom in a dark, stone-like style consistent with the rest of the property.

The scope of work included functional design, selection of finishing materials, lighting and furniture, maintaining the repeatability of solutions typical for apart-hotel properties while preserving a high aesthetic standard.
